All orders are delivered by Royal Mail or DHL. Experience shows that this gives the best combination of service and value for money. We normally despatch orders within one working day of receipt of order. If this is not possible we will contact you by email to advise.

Where a products availability is show as 'Available Soon' we are currently awaiting delivery of stock from our suppliers. Please feel free to order the product and we will ship it as soon as it is available.

Estimated UK shipping costs can viewed in your shopping cart. Actual shipping prices will be calculated during the checkout process after you tell us where you would like your purchases delivered to. In most cases prices are calculated by weight to give you excellent value for money.

As such we allow you to cancel your order within 28 days from the receipt of your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right simply contact us. All we ask is that you return the goods in perfect condition and pay for the cost of returning the goods. We will then re-credit the card you made the original payment on, excluding postage charges. If for any reason your goods are damaged, faulty or fail to comply with their description in any way, we will provide a full refund on receipt of the returned item. If you have any problems with an item you have purchased please do not hesitate to contact us Your statutory rights are not affected.
